Dhaval Jadav is the chief executive officer of alliantgroup and serves on the firm’s strategic advisory board. In 2002, he and alliantgroup’s Chief Operating Officer Shane Frank co-founded the firm. They noticed small and mid-sized businesses were applying for tax incentives at a much smaller rate compared to larger businesses, and strived to fix this disconnect. At alliantgroup’s core, its mission is to help American businesses take advantage of federal and state tax credits that they’re qualified for.
As CEO, Jadav has helped institute a number of employee and philanthropy-centered programs. These include a health and wellness initiative, and efforts to give back to the Houston community – most recently following the destruction of 2017’s Hurricane Harvey. He serves as a consultant for multiple firms and organizations including D Squared Tax Strategies and alliantNational, a division of alliantgroup.
Prior to founding alliantgroup, Jadav worked at a Big Four accounting firm, primarily focusing on Fortune 1000 companies. He was a member of a Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity/Strategic Buyer Services Group in San Francisco, California, and also worked for Deloitte & Touche and the Internal Revenue Service. Jadav has been featured on numerous industry publications, including Breakingviews and CFO.com. He obtained his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center and is a licensed attorney in Texas, where he currently resides.
